And I was thinking the other day about Bede's Parable,
and I don't care if I remembered it right.
Bede's says something along the lines of
Life and the world as we know it exists inside a great hall.
That hall is the universe.
Outside that hall is everything else,
But it's dark, and we can't see out.
It's a metaphor for life and death, and perceptions.
