Trying out this Rather idea once more, see as follows:

Local Business Man

I've often suggested that a good idea for a business might be Coffee + Toast = $2, in which people would be hard pressed to get anything besides coffee with a side of toast for two dollars. It's a joke, admittedly, but not an unserious consideration to be made in a town where coffee and cheap eating are in high demand, ergo collegitatus.

Whether it's some version of this streamlined coffee shop or the esoteric brewery, being a local business man is something I would rather be doing with my life.
