On Failing to Finish

As someone who studied English in college you may expect two thing; Firstly, that I would use "whom" instead of "who" and secondly that I would be a connoisseur of finished books.

Well I have just added to my stack of unfinished beauties. I'm leaving town and this library book will neither be finished before I leave nor picked up again at another time. After getting about 500 pages in, I realize, it sucks. And that is my educated opinion. I opine intelligent critique.

But seriously, I'm simply being curt. There is an opinion trapped in my head somewhere, with intense details of it's values, a run through of its merits and lack thereof. Since I came to the negative on the opinion spectrum though, wasting time running through exactly why it isn't worth reading, is a waste of time.
